3) Service scope: If the users find any problem that cannot be solved, please contact with our company, we can response in 24 hours. In order to shorten the maintenance time, Our Company will deploy some spare parts such as power and chips etc.
4) Under normal use and storage, Our Company will be responsible for the equipment.
2. Pre-sales service:
1) Our company can arrange professionals to conduct site installation and debugging in strict accordance with the requirements of the schemes and the original manual. If there is any special requirement, it is necessary to make changes of part installation scheme, we will coordinate with users. Our company can ensure the consistence of completion time and contracted time. Any problems caused by natural factors or man-made, we will discuss with client to find solutions.

Frequent inquiries:
1.Do i need a technical person to assist installation and debuging the system to mesh screen?
--Normally the competitors request to send one or two technical persons installation site for assist,
which will bring much extra costs.However,if you take mesh screen from us,there is no necessary
tyo send technical persons to there coz the frame and cabinet can match perfectly,and in case the
system needs to be debuged,just via remote,and the job can be done well!
2.How can i do if i want to put the mesh screen to the surface of glass surface building ?
--The mesh screen is designed mostly for glass surface building,but it's little difficult to find the
support position for the frame.We can provide OEM for the frame to hold the cabinet.You just need
to send us concerning building draw,and other jobs will be done well by us!!!
3.What's your leading time?
--The leading time normally is 12-15 working,which depends don the total quality and the if there is any special requirement or not.
